Margie our project coordinator at factory direct was so helpful navigating us through our first manufactured home build purchased as a 2nd residence/beach bungalow which fits nicely on our postage stamp sized property! Though we had many ups and downs in the build itself with supply chain issues due to the pandemic, her prompt responses to phone calls and emails and her quiet/ calm demeanor helped quell my anxiety. I would highly recommend Margie and the company for your manufactured home needs. The materials they use and the craftsman appointed details will not disappoint!

We’ve been interested in these types of homes for a while. We toured some in another state down south and we’re disappointed in the quality. Then we toured with Brian at Factory Expo and we were overwhelmed with how beautiful and well made these homes are. If you’re going to go the manufactured home route, make sure you go with a company like Factory Expo that doesn’t cut corners.In addition to the homes, I was very comfortable with our home consultant, Brian. He was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like he was trying to push anything on us at all. He gave us some pointers when looking for land before we went on our way. We’re very excited to continue our home building experience with this company and Brian.

My wife and I attended the RV show in Hershey, PA in September of 2021. While at the show we asked if we could get a tour of the Skyline facility in Leola, PA, where Park Model RVs are made. We were able to schedule a visit the next day with Brian Lohr, a "Housing Consultant". Brian was terrific. He spent a lot of time with us (~ 3 hrs), answering questions, showing us park models on display, and even helping us to take measurements of one of the models. Brian was very knowledgeable of what could and could not be done to customize the various models. We were pleased to find out that Skyline builds these units to order and therefore a lot of customizing is possible. Brian followed up our appointment with a Saturday phone meeting to discuss more details. He was very patient with us, even when we decided that we were not yet ready to make a purchase. We plan on going back to Skyline and Brian when the time is right.

My husband & I are down sizing from a 4 bedroom home that we have lived in for 23 years and raised our children. We made a decision to look at the park model homes. We had no idea what to expect. I looked at them frequently on the website, but really didn’t know if they would be too small for us. I made an appointment with Brian Lohr at the Factory Expo in Leola PA and visited on October 31st. We met Brian and told him our story. He was very patient & had us tour the many homes and factory. He explained the options of each home. It was very easy talking with him and it felt like we knew him for years. It was very exciting building our park home exactly how we wanted it.
